TIMOR-LESTE ESTABLISH DIPLOMATIC RELATION WITH SAMOA

The Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and the Government of the Independent State of Samoa have today established formal diplomatic relation in accordance with the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

A Joint Communique to this effect was signed at the Embassy of Timor-Leste by H.E Mr. Jorge da Conceição Teme, Ambassador of Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to Australia and New Zealand and H.E. Leiataua Dr. Kilifoti S.Eteuati, High Commissioner of the Independent State of Samoa to Australia.
